Okanagan Home Inspectors

Registered members have demonstrated their proficiency by performing no fewer than 250 fee-paid home inspections in accordance with the Canadian Association of Home Inspectors (B.C.) Standards of Practice; they have also passed a series of written examinations testing their knowledge of residential construction, inspection techniques, report writing, and the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
 
Registered members carry CAHI's mandatory Errors and Omissions Insurance. Retaining membership requires each member to earn 40 continuing education credits every two years.

Registered members of CAHI (B.C.) are registered under the Society Act with the Occupational Title designation “Registered Home Inspector” and the initials RHI.

The following Vernon home inspectors have the designation RHI which is the highest accreditation granted by the Canadian Association of Home Inspectors (B.C.).
